NFA Items
$50/ea
for the entire process.
We will walk you through the background check, fingerprinting, temporary storage and eForm process! Please remember, you are responsible for providing your fingerprints and passport photos for the eForm process!
Non-Citizen Transfers*
$40
for background check.
For this transfer, you will require both a valid immigration assigned I94 number and a Virginia hunting license. The process can take many hours for an approval so please plan your day accordingly. Call to inquire about the process!

Two-Week Storage Rule*
$10/week
per serialized item.
As of 10/24/2024, any firearm that is not picked up within two weeks of the delivery date will be charged an additional $10 per the start of a new week on top of the transfer fee.
Please understand that there is a finite amount of safe space to accommodate new and incoming items. We are not a firearms storage location.

Discounts
-$5 transfer fee
As a thank you to those who serve, and have served, for any incoming firearms transfers Quartermaster Arms will discount $5 for the first serialized item you are coming to pick up. If multiple firearms are available for transfer, the $5 discount applies only to the first item. This discount DOES NOT apply to private sales.
Those who are currently active/retired military, LE officers and first responders are eligible for this discount. Proof of identification will be required to be eligible for the discount.
