NFA Transfers – Form 4

Each SBR/SBS or suppressor is $50/ea. *Pricing will increase July 1, 2025 to 75.
Private Sale / Consignment

Non-Citizen Transfers

Does not apply to Green Card holders.
For this transfer, we require both a valid immigration I94 number and Virginia hunting license.
Shipping
$40/handgun – $50/long gun
We will ship your firearm using the United Parcel Service (UPS). An adult signature is required for any firearms being sent through UPS. We will package up your item with the proper methods of packaging and taping.
Handguns must be shipped via 2-Day Air through UPS.
Long guns will be shipped via Ground through UPS.
Depending on the size of the firearms, we can try to bundle items together in a large(r) box to help with cost savings.
Discounts
-$5 transfer fee
As a thank you to those who serve, and have served, for any incoming firearms transfers Quartermaster Arms will discount $5 for the first serialized item you are coming to pick up. If multiple firearms are available for transfer, the $5 discount applies only to the first item. This discount DOES NOT apply to private sales.
Those who are currently active/retired military, LE officers and first responders are eligible for this discount. Proof of identification will be required to be eligible for the discount.
Firearms Trust & Notary Services
$110
Partnering with 199Trust.com, we can now create a gun/firearms trust within approximately 30 minutes! For those that want to bequeath property or allow friends and family to use their NFA items this service is perfect to facilitate this need.
We are also a licensed notary in Virginia. Non-firearm notary services are $10/ea.
If purchasing a trust the notary service is complimentary.

Two-Week Storage Rule*
$10/week
per serialized item.
As of 10/24/2024, any firearm that is not picked up within two weeks of the delivery date will be charged an additional $10 per the start of a new week on top of the transfer fee.
Please understand that there is a finite amount of safe space to accommodate new and incoming items. We are not a firearms storage location.
